Jens has 20 years’ experience from the offshore oil and gas industry, with 10 years experience in senior and executive positions throughout Europe, Africa and the USA. During his executive career he was Vice President in Maersk, COO of Prosafe and most recently CEO of Awilco Drilling. Jens holds a dual Executive MBA from Columbia Business School in New York and London Business School, he completed a two-year leadership program at IMD in Switzerland and he has a nautical education from Stavanger Offshore Technical College.

He has 25 years’ experience from the renewable energy sector, ranging from power trading and risk management through project development in wind and hydropower to corporate and project finance. Thorstein has held several executive and board positions in the industry. Before joining Norwegian Hydrogen, he was CFO of Emergy, a wind power developer, and CEO of Fjellkraft, a hydropower developer which he co-founded and later sold. Thorstein holds an MSc(Econ) from London School of Economics and a BA from Norwegian School of Management.

Marielle has many years of experience in leading product and concept development, brand and marketing strategy, and business development for global brands such as Slettvoll and Stokke. She also worked for 10 years as a consultant in IT and technology development. She holds an M.Sc. in Informatics and Computer Science from the University of Bergen and an executive degree in Innovation and new business models from the Norwegian School of Economics.

His experience spans more than 15 years, from offshore oil and gas, shipping and intermodal transportation industries located in the Americas, Europe and Asia. He has worked at NATO, A.P. Moller - Maersk Group, and before joining Norwegian Hydrogen he held the position of Director Supply Chain Management at Altera Infrastructure Production. Øystein holds an MBA from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Agder.

Starting as a Maersk shipping trainee (MISE) in 1997, he was with the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group for more than 10 years in various commercial roles within business development, sales, contracts, and supply chain management. He then moved to the Frigstad Group, initially as Commercial Director and then CEO of Frigstad Offshore for 9 years. During the last 5 years, Simen worked as a Senior Partner at Bassøe Offshore and as an independent advisor. In addition to the MISE program, Simen received education at the University of Oslo, the Norwegian School of Management (NMH/BI), and the Officers’ Training School of the Norwegian Army.

Voie holds an MPA from Copenhagen Business School, and a bachelor’s degree in political science and economics from the University of Oslo.

Prior to this role, Marianne was the lead Project Manager for a large road project called Nordøyvegen in the same county. Marianne is a Civil Engineer with a bachelor's degree from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and she also holds a degree in business administration from BI Norwegian Business School.

Her background includes roles at industry majors such as NOV, Fjords Processing, Aker Solutions, and, most recently, Aker BP. Her expertise spans technology management and R&D, international P&L, strategic supply chain operations, and the implementation of new and innovative operation models. Lucie holds a Master of Science in Physical Chemistry from the University of Chemistry and Technology, Prague, and holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Process Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

He has a broad background from the maritime industry and from the governmental development sector. Andreas joined from Innovation Norway, where he worked with the maritime and energy industries to fund innovation and transition projects, many of them relating to hydrogen. He has previous experience from the maritime industry within management, project management, sourcing and sales from Palfinger Marine, Norwegian Deck Machinery and Shalk Engineering. He holds a postgraduate degree in Business from Leeds Metropolitan University and a BSc in Marketing from BI Norwegian Business School.

He was responsible for the HYBRID ship project, founded by the Norwegian government, for the conversion of an existing conventional ship to a hybrid solution with battery and fuel cells. Kåre served as Technical Manager/Chief Engineer in Rolls-Royce Marine for 13 years where he was technical responsible for steering gears and deck machinery. Before entering Rolls-Royce, he worked as a consultant in the subsea industry for Liaaen Engineering AS and naval architect at Skipsteknisk AS. Kåre holds an MSc in naval architecture from NTNU, the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Prior to joining Norwegian Hydrogen in April 2022 he held the role of Senior Research Scientist at SINTEF AS in Trondheim, Norway. Kaushik has extensive experience in coordinating and leading several national and international SINTEF projects. Kaushik was responsible for leading SINTEF's activities at the Norwegian Center of Excellence in Hydrogen-India (CoE-H India) to establish sustained cooperation between Norway and India in hydrogen. He holds a PhD from Eindhoven University of Technology, Netherlands, and has worked as a post-doctoral research fellow at NTNU.

Previously, he worked in TechnipFMC, developing control systems for subsea oil and gas, and later as a system engineer for the “Deep Purple” hydrogen initiative. Prior to joining Norwegian Hydrogen, Fredrik worked at Hyon where he was responsible for control system development. He holds a B.Sc. in Cybernetics and a M.Sc. in Systems Engineering, both from the University of South-Eastern Norway (USN).

Prior to that, he worked as an equity analyst at DNB Markets, covering the Consumer Sector. He also worked as a credit analyst at DNB, covering the Technology, Media, and Telecom sector for large corporates and international clients. Erik holds a bachelor's degree in Military Science from the Royal Norwegian Airforce Academy and an MBA with Finance specialization from San Diego State University.

He was the leader of the Finnish government-owned gas company Gasum Oy’s project and operations in the southern area of Finland. Prior to this he also worked with gas solutions and projects, leading several ERP processes. Juho-Matti holds a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and is currently studying for his Master's degree in energy engineering at LUT University in Finland.

Following Norwegian Hydrogen's acquisition of HydRe, Petri joined Norwegian Hydrogen as Project Director in Finland. Petri has been working in the gas industry since 2009 when he first started in Gasum Oy as a gas mechanic. Since then, he worked his way through different kinds of roles as Project Manager, Site Manager and Project Sales Manager at Gasum Oy. For the last 5 years before joining Norwegian Hydrogen, Petri had the role as Sales Engineer at Viafin GAS Oy and as COO at HydRe Oy. Petri holds a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and is currently studying for his Master’s degree in energy engineering at LUT University in Finland.
